I have been noting issues with the ‘investigation’ into the bilking of taxpayers of $30 million and the firing of 198 innocent OSDH employees from the start of the debacle in 2017. I said at the culmination of the Grand Jury hearings that it smelled of a cover up and now with what we know from the tryst it is even more likely.
Former Cabinet Member, David Ostrowe filed a lawsuit against departed AG, Mike Hunter, for “unlawfully, recklessly, and intentionally created harm”. Atty for Sec. of Digital Transformation David Ostrowe says preservation letters were sent to @AGMikeHunter, OID General Council Kim Bailey & state agencies.
If those communications become public it may help us identify those at OSDH, State Auditor and Inspector’s office, AG’s office and the Office of Management and Enterprise Systems who were involved in the cover up.
This much we know—not only did the taxpayers get cheated and lied to along with those lower level OSDH employees who lost their jobs without cause but those drawing very substantial salaries who participated or helped cover up the scandal are still working at their jobs on your dime.
