Today’s news on Biden the Buffoon’s economic impact in his first 100+ days is ‘Jimmy Carteresque’.
CPI Headline
- +5.0% year over year estimate 4.7% (highest since Aug 2008)
- +0.6% month to month estimate 0.4%
CPI Core
- +3.8% year over year (highest number since 1992)
- +0.7% month to month
Who does this impact the most? The poor and those on fixed income.
Who does this impact the least? The rich who actually profit off this sort of economic malaise (see Bezo’s and Zuckerbergs pandemic wealth increases), those in the middle class with significant equity holdings and those in high salary positions.
The Democrat economic agenda has never been about the poor except to ensure they are trapped in a welfare system with no escape.
Same with their impact on seniors on fixed incomes. AARP and the Democrat party are plenty happy with SS recipients living on dog food as long as the money flows to their coffers.
