One of the most popular scenes from 1980's Airplane! was the "Stewardess, I speak jive" scene. Two African-American men did not speak proper English, so they needed an old white lady to translate from English to jive for them. It was a hilarious scene that will get you canceled by 2022's standards. But it was also SATIRICAL. At least, it used to be satirical.
Mark McGowan, an Australian member of parliament, felt the need to reach the Aboriginals about getting their arm jabs. Even with Australians' insane lockdowns and mandates, that community isn't getting the message. So, MP McGowan, who looks like a jar of mayonnaise, got an aboriginal to translate from English to "Aboriginal-English."
If we were to release this video as a sketch, they would deplatform us from every social media platform.
How do you think the brainstorming session for this went?
MP MCGOWAN: Our aboriginals aren't listening to us about getting their arm jabs.
AIDE: Maybe they are and they just don't want an arm jab?
MP MCGOWAN: Poppycock! It's because they can't understand the words I'm saying. We need one of their own to translate my English.
AIDE: Sir, aboriginals speak English.
MP MCGOWAN: Not real English. Find me the darkest one you can and set up a camera.
I guess Aboriginal-English-Australians should consider themselves lucky. They aren't being locked in their homes and told they can't exercise or go to work. THAT would be racist. This is just basic progressivism.
