The Loudoun County boy who traipsed around in a skirt, raping girls was sentenced on January 12 to a residential treatment center and a lifetime listing on the sex-offender registry, reports The Daily Wire.
Although we had only known about two victims—the original girl who he assaulted in a bathroom at school and the second girl who was assaulted when he was transferred—it came out during the proceedings that a third girl was also assaulted. This information, in combination with a psychosexual report that was extremely alarming, led to the judge placing him on the registry for life, a move she said she had never done before when dealing with a minor.
“Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me. It scared me for you, it scared me for society.”
The offender, contrary to statements previously made by Soros-funded Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj, also had a long history of aberrant sexual behavior, including sending naked pictures four years ago, an incident, his mother says, of which the police were aware.
The mother and father of the first victim as well as the mother of the second victim both made statements to the court at sentencing.
“These horrific sexual assaults should have never occurred,” the first victim’s mother said. “There were people who could have turned it around years ago.”
Here’s to wishing we had access to arctic prison camps.
