Things have started to move pretty quickly with COVID's new variant. Barely a week after the world first heard about Omicron, it's been found in dozens of countries including the U.S.. While the cases have largely been mild, news of its spread has created worldwide fear. Earlier in the week, host Lisa Brady spoke to Former Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams about his concerns about the variant and how governments across the world were responding. While Dr. Adams pointed out not much is fully known yet about the variant, he remained confident our vaccines and other tools to curb the impacts of COVID would hold. He also emphasized there was no need to panic. The original interview was too long and we couldn't include all of it in our segment. On The FOX News Rundown EXTRA, you will hear our entire conversation with Dr. Adams and hear more of his take on the best way to address Omicron. December 04, 2021 at 05:00PM - Fox News |
