Thanks for stopping by – here’s your daily dose of Oklahoma State sports news.
OSU Bullets
• Cowboy Football led the league with six selections to the Big 12’s preseason all-conference team, OSU was also picked third in the preseason Big 12 football poll (PFB)
• Cowboy Wrestling added a two-time state champ from California (PFB)
• College football analyst Greg McElroy raved about how underrated the Cowboys are.
“Oklahoma State is really underrated coming into this upcoming season,” McElroy said. “I was surprised to find out that Oklahoma State is +1200 to win the Big 12. That, to me, is a ludicrous number. Now, I also take into account that they got there last year, things are a little bit different, and the new additions make it a little bit more challenging, but they return as much production as just about anybody — the third-most returning production in the entire country.”
• A 2025 running back the Cowboys are in on is set to announce his commitment for Saturday (247 Sports)
• Ollie Gordon was named pre-season Walter Camp All-American on Monday (WalterCamp.org)

Thunder quote of the day:
Oklahoma City just became the favorite to win the West. I don’t care if the odds don’t reflect it yet.
