OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled in favor of reinstating COVID-19 pandemic unemployment benefits. In August, a lower court ruled the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission must reinstate the federal program after Gov. Kevin Stitt withdrew from it early and put the Work Incentive Program in place. The state filed a lawsuit to fight against the lower court's ruling.
