The City of Tulsa says it will begin the removal process of the Black Lives Matter mural on Greenwood next week. It's been a battle between the city and those who want to see the mural stay where it is, and the controversy won't end there. According to a press release from the city, the resurfacing project will begin Monday, Oct. 5. Access to businesses will remain open throughout construction. A lot has happened since the mural appeared on the street over the summer.
