UPDATE: The judge has ruled that police videos from this June 29 shooting will remain sealed. The judge during a preliminary hearing Wednesday said she viewed the dash-cam and body-cam videos and admits there are discrepancies between them and the affidavit. A district court date is set for Sept. 8 for David Ware, the man accused of shooting two Tulsa police officers after a traffic stop. A story published earlier is below. --- TULSA, Okla.
