Oklahoma bars can stay open until 2 a. m. without any punishment, for now. This comes after an Oklahoma County Judge issued a temporary retraining order, blocking the ABLE Commission from enforcing Governor Stitt's executive order against a group of bars suing the state. RELATED: ABLE dismisses citations against bars for violating Stitt's order. Attorney Frank Urbanic sued Governor Stitt and the ABLE Commission on behalf of six different bar owners on Thursday.
