Oklahoma City police officers help celebrate military veteran's 100th birthday

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH)--A few officers from the Hefner Division of the Oklahoma City Police Department helped a 100-year-old military veteran celebrate his birthday. Police say that they stopped in to celebrate Raymond Duncan and enjoyed hearing him tell stories from his military career.
