Push to legalize recreational marijuana isn't favored by Tulsa dispensaries

The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that a petition to legalize recreational marijuana in the state can proceed. The petition would need nearly 180,000 signatures in order for State Question 807 to be seen on the November ballot. The Oklahoma Cannabis Liberty Alliance said it’s not safe to be gathering those signatures now. Meanwhile, a local dispensary owner said recreational marijuana isn’t either.
