State parks preparing for packed Memorial Day weekend after reopening

SAND SPRINGS, Okla. (KTUL) -- Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, state parks across Oklahoma are opening up. On Wednesday, dozens of parks and campground reopened after being shut down for months because of COVID-19 concerns. The Army Corps of Engineers is expecting parks to be packed since Memorial Day is typically one of their busiest holidays.
