1882 - In it’s 1st large scale test, Thomas Edison’s light bulb is used to light NY’s Pearl Street Station
1886 - Apache Chief Geronimo surrenders, ending last major US-Indian war(pictured)
1888 - George Eastman patents the 1st roll film camera and registers “Kodak”
1957 - Governor of Arkansas, Orval Faubus, calla our National Guard to prevent 9 black students from entering Little Rock’s Central High School
1972 - “Price is Right” debuts - longest running game show
1995 - “Xena: Warrior Princess” debuts
1998 - Google is formally incorporated
2017 - US President Trump announces Dreamers program, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) will be stopped
2019 - YouTube fined $170 million by US Federal Trade Commission for illegally collecting data on children’s viewing habits
