This morning, Don Spencer of OK2A told KFAQ's Pat Campbell Show that his legal team is preparing legal action against multiple law enforcement officers, the City of Tulsa, RiverParks Trust, and perhaps others unnamed.
On Friday, Oct. 18th, President Don Spencer of OK2A decided to attend the OctoberFest event at The RiverWest public park. The event is put on by a private sector group who rents the exclusive rights to the particular festival facility which the City of Tulsa operates. Current state law clearly specifies that such parks operated by trust authorities in Oklahoma cannot infringe on such civil rights as the Federal 2nd Amendment's self defense clause regarding a right to keep & bear arms. Spencer said he was first confronted by some fake Tulsa Police personnel who presented themselves in apparel which clearly stated they are Tulsa Police. When Spencer, who kept his 'badge cam' recorder on, asked for badge numbers and names, they finally admitted that they are not presently serving on the Tulsa Police Dept, but are either temporary staff of the private event or are park dept. employees. |
Our take... Neither narrative seems to give a full picture of the current financial health of the party. McLain's press release of last night only mentions the $20k in a party bank acct. Today he said; "All bill are paid". But later in the interview he said that; "in 30-45 days we will be out of debt.". So which is it? Turner did not indicate a $20k bank asset. When I mentioned it to him last night, he said that it "was a wired bailout from the RNC which just came in after his media interviews were done.". It seems like a good time for a "Gary Jones Audit".
