UPDATE: The victims in this homicide have been identified as Madison Carter, 30, and Dominique Knight, 27. Surveillance video showed two cars in the area of the murders. Investigators are looking to speak with those in the cars seen in the area. SAND SPRINGS, Okla. (KTUL) -- Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, state parks across Oklahoma are opening up. On Wednesday, dozens of parks and campground reopened after being shut down for months because of COVID-19 concerns. The Army Corps of Engineers is expecting parks to be packed since Memorial Day is typically one of their busiest holidays.
