UPDATE: Police say Kanye Pettie turned himself in Wednesday night and is now in custody. --- TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) - Tulsa police have issued a first-degree murder warrant for a teenager who allegedly shot another teenager to death Tuesday night. Police are searching for 15-year-old Kanye Pettie in connection to the murder of 17-year-old Reginald Phillips. Police say Phillips was shot and transported to a local hospital, where he later died. Pettie's bond is set at $1 million.
