A major spike in divorce cases are on the horizon because of stay-at-home orders. However, even as courthouses begin to open up, judges are still only hearing emergency cases. Tulsa attorney Todd Alexander said it's been a concerning few weeks because of the pandemic. "This has not been good for anyone," said Alexander. " It's frustrating because I can't get someone help right now unless it's an emergency. " More people are coming to him now looking to get a divorce or separation.
